Service summary

Safeguard Care provides a complaints and incident register for Australian disability providers working under NDIS Commission guidance, including AI-assisted drafting. The service is provided on a subscription basis through Stripe.

Safeguard Care is built to align with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidance for complaints handling but does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for your organisation's policies or independent legal counsel. Safeguard Care is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NDIA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or the Australian Government. Your organisation remains responsible for its statutory obligations.

Acceptable use

Customers agree not to upload data they do not have the right to process, not to attempt to access other organisations' data, and not to use the AI features to generate misleading or fraudulent responses.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the in-app billing portal at any time. Final billing-cycle terms will be stated in the published policy.
