What we collect

Safeguard Care stores the complaints, incidents, and related metadata your team enters into the app, plus the names, email addresses, and roles of staff you invite. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Sub-processors

• Supabase — managed Postgres + authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — billing and subscription management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (when configured).
• OpenAI or Anthropic — AI drafting (when configured).

Data residency

Final data residency posture (Australian region preferred) will be stated in the published policy.
